A leading automotive organization is hiring a Lead Litigation professional for its in-house legal team in Delhi NCR.

Eligibility

• 7 to 10 years of relevant litigation experience

• Hardcore court/litigation experience is mandatory

• Strong experience in litigation strategy, pre-litigation and ongoing matters

• Excellent drafting and pleadings experience

• Experience managing external counsel and internal stakeholders

• Strong legal risk assessment and mitigation skills

• Ability to provide legal advice to business teams

• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills

• Candidates from mid-tier law firms are preferred

• Handle litigation strategy, pre-litigation and ongoing matters
