Vahura is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel for an in-house/corporate legal role in NCR.

Eligibility

• 6-8 years of relevant experience

• Full-time LL.B. qualification

• Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation

• Hands-on experience handling Marketing Agency Contracts

• Experience handling Celebrity Endorsement Agreements

• Experience handling Media/PR Agreements and other marketing/brand-related contracts

• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex legal matters

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts

• Handle Marketing Agency Contracts, Celebrity Endorsement Agreements, Media/PR Agreements and other marketing/brand-related contracts

• Manage multiple stakeholders and complex legal matters

• Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions and transaction documentation will be an added advantage

• Position: Associate Legal Counsel

• Experience: 6-8 years
