Eligibility
• Recent law graduates eager to build a rigorous career in litigation
• Candidates interested in drafting and managing chamber practice work
• Candidates with a strong demonstrated interest in Environmental Law and NGT matters will be given special preference
Position details
• Assist with active matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Green Tribunal (NGT), and various other courts and tribunals
• Gain exposure to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Gain exposure to matters under the Companies Act
• Gain exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• Gain exposure to Original Civil Litigation
• Conduct in-depth legal research
• Draft complex pleadings
• Assist with court proceedings and case briefing
• Assist with overall case management
• Gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across the standard duties of an active litigation chamber
