A remote, full-time opportunity is available for a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Community Mentor to guide learners in building a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

• Litigation professional with experience drafting 100+ petitions in previous jobs or for clients
• Genuine interest in mentoring and helping others succeed
• Comfortable taking live classes and coaching people over calls
• Good screen presence
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Candidates with a strong, genuine reason for wanting to work from home are preferred

• Help learners understand the basics of litigation and dispute resolution
• Manage online communities and interact with students
• Deliver live classes and coaching sessions
• Speak with individuals interested in learning litigation skills or relevant programmes
• Guide learners through their learning journey
• Patiently handle questions from learners exploring community learning programmes
