Wadhwa Tax Consultants is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate – Direct Tax Litigation in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or BA.LLB graduates.
• Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Direct Tax Litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting appeals, grounds of appeal, and written submissions.
• Conducting legal research and analysing tax laws and judicial precedents.
• Preparing paper books and assisting in proceedings before CIT(A), ITAT, and the Delhi High Court.
• Handling direct tax litigation matters.
