Call for Blogs | Centre for Tax Laws, NALSAR

The Centre for Tax Laws (CTL), NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, invites submissions for its CTL Blog on contemporary developments in tax policy and jurisprudence.

Eligibility

• Students, practitioners, and scholars may submit articles.
• Articles should primarily deal with Taxation Law/Policy, including allied areas such as economic offences and white-collar crime.
• Co-authored submissions are permitted.

Guidelines

• Submissions must be accompanied by a short 1–2 line summary of the article.
• Articles submitted to another platform should not be submitted to CTL.
• The article must not exceed 2,000 words, although the Editorial Board may allow flexibility depending on the article.
• Multi-part series may be permitted for lengthier submissions.
• All references must be hyperlinked in the body of the text.
• Footnotes may be used where no online source is available for a reference.

Submission details

• Author’s name.
• Year of study, if applicable.
• Institution/Organisation of affiliation.
• Short bio of approximately 40–50 words.
• LinkedIn profile, if applicable.
• Review Process: The Student Editorial Board conducts a preliminary review, generally within around 7 days. Accepted submissions are then reviewed by the Editorial Board, which may take up to 14 days. The complete review process may take approximately 20–30 days, including incorporation of feedback.
• Final acceptance is communicated only after required changes are made.
• The Editorial Board reserves discretion to reject submissions at any stage.
• Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
