Eligibility
• Enrolment with a State Bar Council is required.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of Delhi is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of post-enrolment experience.
• Prior exposure to direct tax, commercial litigation, or writ practice is an advantage.
• Strong legal fundamentals and a genuine interest in specialising in tax litigation are preferred.

Job details
• Drafting writ petitions, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), appeals, applications, replies, and briefs.
• Conducting independent legal research using SCC Online, Taxmann, and allied databases.
• Appearing before ITAT, High Courts, and trial courts under supervision, including matters relating to tax prosecution and compounding.
• Assisting with case strategy, client conferences, and counsel briefings.
• Scope for independent arguments and appearances with experience and growth.
• Matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, GST Appellate Tribunals, and other forums.
