Magnah Law Partners is hiring a Legal Associate for its Real Estate Team in Bengaluru, with opportunities for law graduates having 0–1 years of litigation or non-litigation experience.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law.
• 0–1 years of experience in litigation or non-litigation.
• Knowledge of Kannada, including reading and writing, is mandatory.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job details

• Conduct detailed title due diligence and inspect or examine title-related documents.
• Identify and analyse risks.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist in drafting real estate transaction documents.
• Ensure timely delivery of work.
• The firm also assists clients in corporate and commercial laws, foreign investment, employment laws, intellectual property and technology, litigation and dispute resolution, and real estate investment and development activities.
