Eligibility

• 4 to 10 years of experience
• Experience in IP litigation with recognised IP law firms and boutiques in NCR
• Exposure to trademark litigation before District Courts and High Courts
• Graduate from a reputed law school with a consistent, strong academic record
• Minimum 5 internships during law school
• At least 2 internships in the IP domain, preferably with leading IP firms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues
• Authored or co-authored articles published in legal journals, industry publications, reputed blogs, newsletters, or similar platforms
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed to building a long-term litigation practice
• Presentable, polished, and comfortable interacting with clients

• Draft pleadings, legal notices, evidence affidavits, written submissions, and client correspondence
• Handle matters involving trademark litigation before District Courts and High Courts
