HealthKart is hiring a Legal Associate / Assistant Manager – Legal in Gurugram for candidates with 3 to 5 years of PQE.

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in trademark management and IP protection
• Experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Experience in litigation and dispute management
• Experience in regulatory and compliance support
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in trademark prosecution and commercial contract management
• Exposure to FMCG, consumer products, e-commerce, healthcare, nutrition, media, or technology sectors will be an added advantage

Position details

• Manage trademarks and support IP protection
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Support litigation and dispute management
• Provide regulatory and compliance support
• Provide legal advisory to cross-functional teams
