Eligibility
• 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Solid experience in drafting, negotiating, and vetting complex commercial contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
• In-depth understanding of corporate governance, the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to conduct legal due diligence
• Ability to advise clients on routine as well as strategic corporate matters
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive attitude
