The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is inviting law students to apply for a paid internship at its headquarters in New Delhi.

About the Organisation

FSSAI is a statutory authority established under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and functions under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It lays down science-based standards for food articles and regulates their manufacture, storage, distribution, sale and import to ensure the availability of safe and wholesome food for human consumption.

Eligibility

• Students only, pursuing a full-time Graduate/Post Graduate Degree/higher degree in Bachelor/Master of Law
• From a recognised institute within India or abroad
• Internship is only for FSSAI (HQ)

• Open only to students pursuing a full-time law degree
• Based at the 3rd and 4th Floor, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, near Bal Bhawan, New Delhi

Internship details

• Position: Paid Intern (Law), FSSAI (HQ)
• Duration: 2 months
• Stipend: Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only)
