Position details
- Criminal and civil law research and judicial precedents
- Drafting petitions, bail applications, appeals, revision petitions and legal notices
- Matters under BNSS/CrPC and other applicable laws
- Case briefs, summaries, written submissions and hearing notes
- Assist the legal team in high-stakes and complex litigation matters involving prominent clients
- Section 138 proceedings and cheque dishonour matters
- Civil disputes and related litigation
- Research and preparation for court hearings
- Exposure to proceedings before Trial Courts and High Courts
- Case documentation, filings and case management

- Position: Legal Intern, Criminal & Civil Litigation
