AAA Legal is hiring a full-time, on-site Legal Associate based in South Delhi.
About the Organisation
AAA Legal is a New Delhi-based law firm with well over a decade of practice and advisory experience. Its practice areas include arbitration, competition laws, data protection, employment and labour, intellectual property, real estate, customs laws and investigations, and white collar and criminal laws.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to complex legal issues
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, reviewing and formatting contracts, pleadings and legal opinions
- Excellent analytical skills for legal research, case analysis, and evaluation of risks and implications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from a recognised institution; enrolment with the Bar Council of India is preferred
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or in-house legal team is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning in evolving areas of law and industry sectors
Position details
- Support the team in handling matters across the firm’s practice areas, including drafting pleadings, legal opinions and compliance-related documents
- Conduct legal research and analyse statutes and case law
- Prepare briefs and documentation for hearings and arbitrations
- Assist in client meetings and communications
- Coordinate with the team and maintain case files and documentation
- Contribute to strategy discussions on ongoing matters
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical conduct while working in a collaborative team environment
