Parmar United Law Associates LLP is hiring experienced Advocates to join its SARFAESI litigation team across Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in SARFAESI Act proceedings
- Experience with DM and CJM possession applications under Section 14 of SARFAESI
- Experience handling Section 138 NI Act matters
- Ability to prepare Legal Search Reports and draft Legal Notices
- Capable of independently managing banking cases across Civil Court, DRT, Tribunals and High Court
- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years will be preferred
- Local candidates will be preferred for every location
Position details
- Join the SARFAESI litigation team
