Eligibility
- LL.B. graduates enrolled with the Bar Council
- Candidates currently residing in Nagpur will be preferred
- Freshers or advocates with initial litigation experience
- Good legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in court appearances, case preparation and documentation
- Willingness to learn and work responsibly
Position details
- Draft legal notices, applications, replies and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
- Assist with case filing and day-to-day case management
- Attend court proceedings and learn practical court procedures
- Coordinate on legal documentation and client matters
- Receive guidance from experienced legal professionals
