A fast-growing, Series-A funded FinTech platform is hiring a Head – Legal to lead legal functions across transactions, regulatory advisory, governance, and business support.

Eligibility

• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.

• Experience in FinTech and financial services is preferred.

• Experience in M&A, strategic investments, fundraising, and corporate transactions.

• Strong understanding of FinTech regulations, RBI regulations, and data protection.

Position Details

• M&A, strategic investments, and fundraising.
