Jupiter is hiring a Legal Associate for its legal and compliance team in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in an in-house legal team at a bank, NBFC, fintech or payments company 
• Experience in a law firm with a financial services practice is also relevant 
• Strong drafting and redlining skills 
• Clear reasoning on legal and regulatory risks 
• Ability to manage high-volume work

Position details

• Handle commercial contracting and legal documentation 
• Track regulatory developments across RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI and IFSCA 
• Provide corporate secretarial support 
• Advise on new product launches 
• Work on lending and borrowing documentation 
• Advise on payments, cards, data protection and licensing matters 
• Work directly with the legal team across a broad range of matters
