Eligibility

- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in corporate and commercial drafting
- Experience in contract drafting and vetting
- Ability to independently undertake legal research and prepare written briefs
- Candidates with litigation experience may share a pleading/application previously filed before a court or tribunal
