Eligibility

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience or interest in litigation and advisory matters
• Ability to work across multiple areas of litigation and dispute resolution

Position details

• Work on matters before District Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court
• Handle criminal and civil litigation
• Work on commercial and corporate disputes
• Handle intellectual property matters
• Work on matters before NCLT and other tribunals
• Assist with arbitration matters
• Handle service matters
• Work on writs and other areas of litigation and advisory
