Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate for its corporate law practice in Noida.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed university
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
• CS qualification will be an added advantage
• Working experience in a reputed law firm
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling corporate, banking, and finance matters
• Good knowledge of corporate and banking laws
• Candidates currently working in a corporate law firm or a law firm dealing with corporate, banking, and finance matters are eligible to apply

Position details

• Handle corporate, banking, and finance matters
• Draft and review share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, escrow agreements, project finance documents, and loan documents
• Draft and review loan agreements, mortgage deeds, hypothecation deeds, and trust and retention account/escrow agreements
• Prepare legal opinions on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC, and other banking and commercial laws
• Review contracts and agreements, including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and licence agreements, and assignment agreements
• Assist in the legal due diligence of companies
