Aggarwal Law Partners is hiring a full-time, on-site Associate to work on litigation, drafting, legal research, case preparation, and court matters in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification

• Bar Council enrolment

• Strong drafting and legal research skills

• Interest or experience in litigation

• Knowledge or experience in the SARFAESI Act, IBC, 2016, Banking Laws, Commercial Laws, Consumer Law, Code of Civil Procedure, and Criminal Laws

• Prior litigation experience is preferred

• Freshers may also apply

Position details

• Draft pleadings, notices, opinions, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare cases

• Assist or appear before the Supreme Court, High Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRAT, TDSAT, and other forums

• Handle client coordination and case management
