- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Experience in litigation support, compliance, contracts, or regulatory matters preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
- Prior experience in an LPO, law firm, or legal practice preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Preference for DB and DR profiles from the LPO industry
