The 1st NUALS International Negotiation Competition (NINC) 2026 is being organised by the NUALS ADR Society, focusing on the intersection of technology and its influence on negotiation and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
• Open to students from universities in India and abroad
• Each team must consist of exactly 2 members
• Each team must have 1 Client and 1 Counsel
• Cross-institutional teams are permitted
Competition details
• Mode: Entirely virtual
• Platform: Zoom Workspace
• The competition will commence with a Negotiation Plan Elimination Round
• Top 16 teams will advance to the knockout rounds
• Knockout Rounds: Octa-Finals, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Final
• Registration will take place in two phases
• Preliminary Registration: Teams must complete the registration form and submit proof of preliminary fee payment by 15 September 2026
• Advanced Rounds Registration: Top 16 teams must separately register and pay the advanced round fee by 1 October 2026
• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable

• Advanced Rounds Fee: INR 4,130 for all advancing teams

• Winner: INR 30,000

• Best Negotiation Plan: INR 8,500
