V Law is inviting applications for a Junior Associate position at its Jaipur office, open to freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.

Eligibility

• Strong drafting, research and litigation skills.
• Sound procedural knowledge.
• Willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong internship experience in litigation, in the case of freshers.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of PQE are preferred.
• Local candidates from Jaipur or Rajasthan will be given preference.

Position details

• Litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters, commercial disputes and advisory work.
• Exposure to Supreme Court and Delhi High Court matters.
• Exposure to Rajasthan High Court and RERC matters.
• Matters involving the Enforcement Directorate and other statutory authorities.
• Work involving the Central Government and PSUs.
• Arbitration, regulatory and tribunal matters.
• Commercial disputes and advisory work for large and emerging private clients.
