ALT India Legal is hiring a full-time Associate – Litigation for its Litigation Team in Delhi NCR, offering hands-on exposure to courts, tribunals and dispute resolution matters.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Candidates should be serious about litigation, willing to work hard and eager to learn.
• Candidates interested in building a long-term association with the organisation are encouraged to apply.

Position details

• Conducting legal research and contributing to case strategy.
• Drafting pleadings in suits, arbitrations, writ petitions and SLPs.
• Undertaking pre-litigation drafting, including legal notices, replies and correspondence.
• Assisting with matters across different stages of litigation and dispute resolution.
• Hands-on exposure to courts and tribunals in Delhi NCR.
• Occasional outstation work.
