Adv. Ashwin Kumar is inviting applications for a Junior Associate – Litigation position involving Environmental Litigation and regulatory matters before the NGT, High Court and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Eligibility

• 0–1 years of experience
• Strong research, drafting and communication skills
• LL.M. in Environmental Law or prior litigation experience is preferred

Position details

• Independent legal research, drafting and case preparation
• Assist with court hearings and client meetings
• Support documentation, filings and compliance work
• Assist in matters before the Hon’ble NGT, Hon’ble High Court and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Practical exposure to Environmental Litigation and advisory
