Eligibility
• Candidates must satisfy the prescribed eligibility requirements for the engagement.
• Candidates seeking OBC-NCL/PwBD reservation or relaxation must possess certificates in the prescribed Government of India format.
• OBC-NCL candidates must submit an OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued during 2025-26.
• The caste/community mentioned in the OBC-NCL certificate must exactly match the applicable Central Government notified list.
• Candidates claiming reservation benefits must meet all prescribed conditions and produce the required certificates.

I wish to apply for the position of Young Professional–Legal at the National Highways Authority of India. I am an LL.B. graduate from the University of Delhi, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and AIBE-qualified. My litigation experience has provided me with practical exposure to legal research, drafting of pleadings and applications, statutory interpretation, case analysis and court proceedings across civil, criminal, commercial and consumer matters. I am keen to apply these skills to legal and regulatory matters concerning highway development and public infrastructure projects. I believe that my drafting ability, analytical approach and willingness to learn would enable me to contribute effectively to NHAI’s Legal Division.
