An Associate is being engaged to join an office in New Delhi, with opportunities to work on commercial, regulatory, and electricity-law litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Genuine interest in litigation
• Prior litigation experience preferred

Position details

• Legal research and preparation of case notes
• Drafting of petitions, appeals, applications, written submissions, and other pleadings
• Briefing and assisting in conferences and court hearings
• Filing-related coordination and case management
• Regular follow-up and correspondence in ongoing matters
• Matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, APTEL, CERC, and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums
• Exposure to commercial, regulatory, and electricity-law litigation
