Eligibility
• LL.B. qualification
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in an NBFC, HFC, or financial institution
• Knowledge of property documents and title transactions
• Awareness of local legal practices in Aurangabad
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Local male candidates from Aurangabad preferred
Position details
• Approve legal reports and maintain relevant MIS
• Follow up with the Sales team regarding OTC and PDD documents
• Coordinate with legal vendors for timely completion of legal reports
• Ensure legal reports are obtained within prescribed TAT
• Review property documentation and title-related matters
• Support legal processes associated with housing finance transactions
• Coordinate with internal business teams and external legal partners
