Nirka Law Advisory is inviting applications for the position of Associate in New Delhi, focusing on construction and infrastructure disputes, arbitration, litigation, contract management and legal advisory.
Eligibility
• 1–2 years of prior work experience
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Good understanding of commercial contracts and dispute resolution
• Prior experience in construction disputes or construction arbitration will be preferred
• Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and work within timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Position details
• Assist in drafting pleadings, notices, claims, replies and legal submissions
• Research legal issues relating to contracts, construction and commercial disputes
• Assist in arbitration and litigation matters
• Review and analyse construction and commercial contracts
• Prepare case chronologies, briefs, evidence summaries and claim documentation
• Assist senior team members in client conferences, hearings and dispute strategy
