Avantika University is organising Avantika’s Nyayashastra 3rd PAN-India Moot Court Competition, 2026, featuring online preliminary rounds and offline semi-final and final rounds at its Ujjain campus.
Eligibility
• Students enrolled in an undergraduate law programme, including a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programme, from any recognised college or university across India.
• Each institution may register only one team.
• Teams must comprise 2 or 3 members.
• In a 2-member team, both members shall be Speakers.
• In a 3-member team, two members shall be Speakers and one shall be a Researcher.
Event details
• Theme: Constitutional Law, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART Act, 2021), Transgender Rights, Family Law and Law of Succession.
• Format: Hybrid.
• Online Phase: Researcher’s Test, Draw of Lots, Memorial Exchange, Preliminary Rounds I & II and Quarter-Final Rounds.
• Offline Phase: Semi-Final and Final Rounds at Avantika University, Ujjain.
• Registration Fee: ₹3,000 per team, non-refundable.

• Memorial Soft Copy Submission: 21 October 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
• Researcher’s Test & Draw of Lots: 21 October 2026.

• Quarter-Final Rounds: 23 October 2026.
• Semi-Final, Final Rounds & Valedictory Ceremony: 5 November 2026.
• Winner: ₹17,500 cash prize.
• Runner-Up: ₹10,000 cash prize.
• Best Memorial: ₹6,000 cash prize.
• Best Mooter: ₹4,000 cash prize.
• Best Researcher: ₹2,500 cash prize.
• All participants will receive an E-Certificate of Participation.
