Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun, invites submissions for Volume V, Issue 1 & 2, 2026 of its bi-annual blind peer-reviewed journal, Legal Wisdom (ISSN No. 2454-714X).
Eligibility
• Submissions must address a contemporary legal or socio-legal issue.
• Authors must demonstrate originality in their approach to the issue.
• Co-authorship is permitted with a maximum of two authors.
• Submissions must be in English.
Submission details
• Research Papers: 3,000–5,000 words, excluding footnotes.
• Case Comments: 2,000–3,000 words, excluding footnotes.
• Book Reviews: 1,000–2,000 words, excluding footnotes.
• An abstract of not more than 300 words must accompany the submission.
• Citation must follow the ILI Citation pattern.
• Plagiarism must not exceed 10%.
• AI detection must be zero.
• A Turnitin or DrillBit plagiarism report must be submitted along with the paper.
• Author details must be provided in a separate MS Word document.
• No publication fee will be charged.
Formatting guidelines
• Font: Times New Roman.
• Title: 14-point font.
• Main text: 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing and justified alignment.
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
• Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10-point font with 1.0 line spacing.
• Endnotes are not permitted.
• Citations must conform to the ILI Rules of footnoting.
• Submissions must be in MS Word format.
