3Sixty Law Group is hiring an Associate – Litigation & Arbitration with 3+ years of substantive court and tribunal litigation experience for its Gurugram office.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification.
• 3+ years of substantive court and tribunal litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to independently handle matters and work with strategic direction.
• Strong analytical, advocacy, communication, and case-management skills.
• Experience before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and/or arbitral tribunals will be preferred.

• The role involves handling civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• The position will involve matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and arbitral tribunals.

Job details

• Independently manage matters from understanding the brief and identifying legal issues through drafting, filing, hearing preparation, and appearances before courts and tribunals.
• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle arbitration matters.
• Work on matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and arbitral tribunals.
• Work on commercial disputes, arbitration, and/or IP litigation.
• Internship, in-house, corporate/legal department, and non-litigation experience will not be considered towards the required PQE.
