Caring Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (CMC) is inviting applications for a Legal Associate for its SARFAESI & Recovery Team.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M.

• Bar Council enrolment preferred

• Knowledge of SARFAESI, DRT and Banking Laws

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Handle SARFAESI proceedings under Sections 13(2), 13(4) and 14

• Handle DRT/DRAT cases and legal drafting

• Draft notices, replies, applications and other legal documents

• Coordinate with banks, advocates and authorities

• Handle property possession and auction-related legal work

• Conduct legal research, documentation and case tracking

• Position: Legal Associate – SARFAESI

• Team: SARFAESI & Recovery

• Location: Noida Sector 27
