Eligibility

• Minimum 4 months of prior internship experience in IP Law

• Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills

Position Details

• Draft Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices and Rejoinders

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex IP matters using standard legal databases

• Assist seniors with case analysis, reviewing precedents and preparing case summaries

• Draft legal memos, briefs, opinions and initial case documentation

• Candidates demonstrating strong performance, commitment and professional aptitude may be offered a Trainee Associate / Associate position, subject to the firm’s evaluation
