Eligibility
- Associate: Minimum 2 years PQE.
- Senior Associate: 4–7 years of experience.
- Associate Partner: 8–12 years of experience.
- Demonstrable expertise in the relevant practice area.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Updated resume, Bar Enrolment Certificate, and proof of passing AIBE, wherever applicable.
Position details
- Delhi High Court: Writs, suits, specific performance, and contractual disputes.
- NCLT/NCLAT: IBC and Companies Law.
- Arbitration: Construction, real estate, and commercial matters.
- Debt Recovery: DRT, DRAT, and recovery proceedings.
- Real Estate: Consumer Commission and RERA matters.
- White Collar Crime.
- Employment and Regulatory Compliance.
Job details
- Responsibilities include legal research, case strategy, drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, agreements and submissions.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums.
- Assist with arbitration, recovery, insolvency, real estate, and commercial disputes.
- Manage client matters and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Take ownership of matters based on experience and seniority.
- Skills: Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Legal Research & Drafting, Arbitration, IBC/NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT & Debt Recovery, Real Estate & RERA, Commercial & Contractual Disputes, and Court & Tribunal Practice.
