Indus Prompt Legal is hiring an Associate to join its Delhi team, working in GST & Customs, Economic Offences, and White-Collar Crime.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of PQE.
- Experience in tax litigation or PMLA matters is preferred.
- Sound understanding of court procedures and filings.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the practice area.
Position details
- Work may involve search and seizure proceedings, summons, replies, and coordination with clients and authorities across different parts of the country.
- Associates will receive hands-on exposure from the investigation stage through dispute resolution and litigation.
