Rightsline is hiring a Legal Analyst to support contract interpretation, ingestion, and project execution for North American Media & Entertainment clients.
Eligibility
• LL.B. degree
• 2 years of experience in the legal field
• Experience in contract interpretation and contract ingestion
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
• North American and/or Media & Entertainment contract experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organisational, presentation, and communication skills
Position details
• Interpret and ingest deal terms for North American Media & Entertainment clients
• Ingest contractual terms into the Rightsline platform while following defined standards
• Act as an expert in contract interpretation and ingestion
• Support solution design and project execution
• Evaluate contract lifecycle management requirements across systems
• Identify customer requirements, use cases, risks, and potential escalations
• Track project execution, delivery, and appropriate sign-offs
