Eligibility
• LL.B. from a recognised University/Institution or LL.M.
• LL.B. candidates: minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
• LL.M. candidates: minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
• Relevant experience in legal matters, contracts, litigation, arbitration, policy, or regulatory compliance
• Experience in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, MoUs, affidavits, and court-related documents
• Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Enrolment with Bar Council of India/State Bar Council desirable
• Maximum age: 45 years
Position details
• Provide legal support on assigned matters
• Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, and MoUs
• Assist with litigation and arbitration-related matters
• Prepare affidavits and court-related documentation
• Support contractual and regulatory compliance matters
• Conduct legal research and provide inputs on policies and legal issues
• Assist the organisation on legal matters as required
