Saveetha School of Law is organising an international conference on “Beyond the Screen: Mental Health and Media Influence: Legal, Behavioural and Psychological Perspectives on Responsible Communication.”

Eligibility

• Students pursuing the 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated Law Course from any recognised law college/university.

• Academicians, legal professionals, policymakers, researchers, students, healthcare professionals, and media professionals are eligible.

• Sub-themes are illustrative and not exhaustive.

Submission Guidelines

• Word Limit: 3,000–5,000 words, including footnotes

• Font: Times New Roman

• Font Size: 12 pt for body and 10 pt for footnotes

• Line Spacing: 1.5 for body and 1 for footnotes

• Citation Style: ILI or OSCOLA (4th Edition)

• Abstract must not exceed 250 words.

• Abstract must contain the title of the paper and author details as footnotes.

• Co-authorship is permitted.

• Submissions must be original, with less than 10% similarity and less than 5% AI-generated content.

• Papers must not be simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.

• Selection will be based on merit and originality.

• Full papers may be submitted after abstract acceptance.

• Last Date for Abstract Submission: 31 August 2026, 11:59 PM

• Last Date for Full Paper Submission: 2 September 2026

• Last Date for Payment & Registration: 2 September 2026

• Conference Date: 4 September 2026

Registration Fee

• Academician: Author ₹1,000; Co-Author ₹1,200

• PhD Scholar: Author ₹700; Co-Author ₹900

• Student: Author ₹500; Co-Author ₹700

• Participant: ₹150

• Registration fee is non-refundable.
