Submission Guidelines

• Word Limit: 3,000–5,000 words, including footnotes

• Font: Times New Roman

• Font Size: 12 pt for body and 10 pt for footnotes

• Line Spacing: 1.5 for body and 1 for footnotes

• Citation Style: ILI or OSCOLA (4th Edition)

• Abstract must not exceed 250 words.

• Abstract must contain the title of the paper and author details as footnotes.

• Co-authorship is permitted.

• Submissions must be original, with less than 10% similarity and less than 5% AI-generated content.

• Papers must not be simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.

• Selection will be based on merit and originality.

• Full papers may be submitted after abstract acceptance.
