Eligibility
- Experience in real estate transactions
- Experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms
- Strong exposure to RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act and Registration Act
- Strong regulatory knowledge and transaction ownership
- Local language proficiency is mandatory
- Mumbai: Proficiency in Marathi
- Bangalore: Proficiency in Kannada
- Familiarity with state-specific local and development laws and regulations
Position details
- Advise clients on real estate contracts, RERA matters and local, municipal and development laws
- Independently execute and handle real estate transactions
- Provide regulatory and transactional advice
- Handle matters involving state-specific real estate laws and regulations
