A fast-growing, Series-A funded FinTech platform is hiring a Head – Legal for its legal function in Gurugram.

Eligibility

• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience 
• Experience in FinTech and financial services is relevant 
• Experience in M&A, strategic investments and fundraising 
• Experience in equity, debt and structured transactions 
• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience 
• Knowledge of FinTech regulations, RBI regulations and data protection 
• Experience in corporate governance, board and secretarial matters

Position details

• Handle M&A, strategic investments and fundraising matters 
• Advise on equity, debt and structured transactions 
• Draft, review and negotiate client and commercial contracts 
• Handle MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, vendor and partnership agreements 
• Provide FinTech regulatory and RBI-related advisory 
• Advise on data protection matters 
• Support corporate governance, board and secretarial matters 
• Provide legal advice on business and product initiatives 
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the business
