Submission guidelines
• Original and unpublished research papers are invited
• Suggested themes include Feminist Approaches to International Law, Fourth World Approaches to International Trade Law, Indigenous Women and Sustainable Economies, Disability and Inclusion, Intersectionality and International Trade, Gender-Inclusive Trade Facilitation, Digital Trade and Gender Equality, Women’s Access to Trade Finance and Credit, and Women-led Enterprises’ Access to E-Commerce, Technology and Artificial Intelligence
• Abstract: 350–500 words
• Abstract must clearly outline the title of the paper, research problem, relevance, methodology, and argument
• Abstract must be accompanied by a mini-bio of all authors with their current institutional affiliations, maximum 150 words per author
• Maximum of 2 authors per submission
• Subject line: “WCP2026 Patna: Abstract Submission”
• Submissions will be assessed on originality, relevance, scholarly quality, and potential contribution to the conference discussions
• Papers containing explicit AI-generated content will not be considered for publication
• Full Paper: 6,000–8,000 words, excluding references and footnotes
• Formatting requirements, citation style, and structure for full papers will be communicated upon acceptance of the abstract

• Registration Fee for Overseas/Foreign Participants: Waived
• Registration fee includes Registration Kit, Reading Material, Lunch, Refreshments, and access to all conference sessions
• Accommodation is not included in the registration fee
• The conference is primarily an in-person conference
• Online participation may be permitted in exceptional circumstances on a case-to-case basis
