UPES School of Law, in collaboration with Surana & Surana International Attorneys, is organising the IX Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law, Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2026.
Eligibility
• Open to all bona fide students currently pursuing a 3-Year or 5-Year LL.B. degree
• Participants must be enrolled in an institution recognised by the Bar Council of India

• Theme: Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law
• The competition will provide a platform for developing advocacy, drafting, and legal research skills
• Offline/On-Campus Rounds: October 30 to November 1, 2026

• Registration Fee: ₹4,000 per team
• Winners, Runners-up, Best Memorial, Best Speaker, and Best Researcher will receive merit certificates, trophies, and cash prizes
