Eligibility

• Students in the 4th year of a five-year LL.B. programme
• Students in the 5th year of a five-year LL.B. programme
• Students in the 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. programme
• Relevant internship or independent practical experience in intellectual property, trademark prosecution, brand protection, regulatory compliance or related legal work is expected
• Candidates should intend to continue with StellarStart Global after college and transition into a full-time remote role following graduation

Position details

• Brand Protection Intern: 3 openings
• IP Prosecution Intern: 4 openings
• Regulatory Compliance Intern: 1 opening
• Roles are completely remote
• Students attending college will work part-time for up to 6 hours per working day
• Selected candidates must be willing and available to transition into a full-time remote position after graduation
• The organisation works exclusively on international matters

Job details

• Pre-screening: 1 month, unpaid
• Intern: Paid, part-time role while attending college
• Trainee: Increased responsibilities with revised compensation
• Full-time Team Member: Following graduation and completion of a minimum period of 6 months with the organisation
• Intern Stipend: INR 5,000
• Trainee Compensation: Up to INR 10,000, depending on assessment
• Full-time Compensation: As determined through assessment
• Selection Process: Online application, role-specific assessment, assessment review, interview with shortlisted candidates, final selection and commencement of pre-screening
