Eligibility

• Candidates with 0–7 years of experience are eligible to apply
• Experience in technology law, data privacy, FinTech, cybersecurity, technology transactions or related regulatory matters
• Preferred background: Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms

Position details

• Advise FinTech and technology companies, start-ups, investors and financial institutions
• Work on digital payments, lending, e-commerce and technology-driven businesses
• Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, cloud services and digital regulations
• Draft and negotiate technology, commercial, licensing and outsourcing agreements
• Handle IP and technology aspects of M&A, investments and other transactions
• Advise on RBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements
• Work on emerging technology, intermediary and digital platform matters
