Groyyo is hiring a Legal Manager to oversee legal affairs relating to garment sourcing, supply chain agreements, vendor contracts and partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required
• Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to commercial and supply chain contexts
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, policies and agreements
• Experience in managing litigations and NCLT-related matters
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with experience in statutory compliances and filings
• An advanced degree or specialisation in corporate or commercial law is an advantage
• Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, fashion or retail sectors is preferred
