DM Legal is hiring an Associate – Litigation for its Real Estate practice in Mumbai, with opportunities to work on litigation, arbitration and advisory matters.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in litigation, arbitration and advisory
• Proficiency in drafting, pleadings and appearances before High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial forums
• Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy matters
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage matters and handle client interactions
• Fluency in Marathi is required
• Prior law firm experience is preferred
